Follow this simple pyramid workout that you can do right in the comfort of your own home with no equipment necessary!
This workout will have four components: upper body, lower body, core, and cardio. You will perform 10 sets. You will start with 10 repetitions and with each set you will decrease the number of repetitions by 1. Try it!
Upper Body: Push-ups
Lower Body: Reverse Lunges
Core: Leg Lowers
Cardio: Squat Jumps
