Lose to Gain?

People who are overweight or obese could gain ten years’ worth of health benefits by simply losing 20 pounds. (That’s 1 year for every 2 lbs lost!)

I’m sure this information isn’t exactly mind-blowing for most of you, however, sometimes needs to be reviewed. We see so many symptoms that people present with that we find are actually due from the lifestyle that led them into their obesity or the toxicities that accompany their obesity!

We have also learned that obesity is usually NOT primarily a calorie IN vs. calorie OUT problem. It is more often a HORMONE balancing problem!  …some of you reading this already knew something was up when you saw that starving and exercising didn’t work out too well for you.

So we have 3 basic methodologies for helping our patients lose weight; 1) specific low-carb diets or Paleo-type eating recommendations and 2) combining #1 with various homeopathic formulas to balance blood sugar, hormones and metabolism as well as 3) our Homeopathic “Ha2cg” & Detox/Fat Loss program for more significant fat loss goals.

In every case though, exercise is paramount! But believe it or not, there are specific types of exercise that BURN fat and some that actually can result in fat GAIN!
