Our Center in Carpentersville

We have heard our patients for years ask us for a visual tool that they could share with friends, so they could show them our wellness center in Carpentersville and see it for themselves.

So this email is about the wellness center itself because we want you to feel comfortable when you come in or in case you wanted to refer someone to our office you felt we could help. You could take and forward this email to then so they could see the WNC from the inside and feel more comfortable coming in as well.

Our Chiropractic Clinic in Carpentersville

First, you want to look for the big “WNC” on the front of our building, which obviously stands for; Wellness (And) Nutrition Center.

Unfortunately, parking can be scarce around lunch and dinner times due to the restaurants in our strip mall, so secondly, we were able to secure 2 dedicated parking spots upfront. Look for these right by our front door and feel free to take those when you come – they are for you!

Once you come inside, you will be warmly greeted by one of our Care Team staff and you will be directed where to go from there. You should see a self-serve tea station where you can help yourself to the various teas as well as a cold and hot filtered water station.

If you have younger kids, we also have a “kids room” with toys, books, DVD’s and activities, where you could let them hang out while you see the doctors. Its ok, they can touch the walls, watch videos and play with the toys, etc. Our staff loves kids and is willing to help keep them busy if needed.

As you walk past the front desk area, you will hear the soothing sound of trickling water from the wall fountain and you will see various adjusting tables and cubicles for nutrition testing. The semi-closed room on the left is used for doing workshops and posture correction training. The cubicles with a multitude of little bottles and testing vials on the wall are designed for nutritional and energetic testing.

Exam Room 1 is typically used for chiropractic new patient exams and reports while Exam Room 2 (to the right) is for our Nutrition exams and consults. The bathroom is all the way down the hallway and to the right, which you are free to use whenever you need.
